1、油墨特性：低气味，高光泽，遮盖力强，过网性流平性好，耐酒精，耐汽油抗白电油，附着力强,pp油墨
2、适用材料：主要应用于PP
 
材料可达到免处理，不用表面擦PP水、也可印某些金属PU、电镀件表面、可丝印、移印（如果用于PE材料表面适当火焰处理）。   
 
3、技术参数：
 
a. 表干时间：自然挥发8—15分钟；
 
b. 细度：5UM↓ 、光泽：90°↑ ；实干时间：自然挥发8—24小时以内；
 
c. 光泽：90°↑ ；
 
d. 耐酒精：1000g力来回**过60次；
 
e. 耐磨：1000g力来回**过50次；
 
f. 过网性：40—160T。
 
4、稀释剂的选择：
 
   a. **：可添加10％—20％的DB—O1固化剂使用，S—3慢干**，S—150中干**，S—240快干**。
 
b. 洗网水：S—718；
 
c. 消泡剂：PP**消泡剂；     
 
d. 根据需要可添加剂10—20％的稀释剂.
 
5、注意事项：
 
　 a. 使用前将油墨搅拌均匀,用后随时封闭；本产品请远离火源，需在避光环境存放；
 
b. 对未经处理或难有附着的PP或BOPP材质,需先用PP处理剂擦拭承印物表面,在印PPY油墨；
 
 c. 施工件在施工前清除表面油渍及污物；
 
　 d. 需多色套印时应等前面的颜色表干后进行套色，如有油墨会有些发并腐蚀，建议用胶罐包装。
 
　 e. 油墨在与固化剂配合使用时，加过固化剂的油墨应在4小时内用完，网板不用时立即清洗 ；       
 
   f. 只可用本系列产品.不得将油墨与其它油墨混合及配色.调金,银色油墨时应调好后及时使用,不能储存。LDPE free processing ink, free processing LDPE ink sales manufacturers!!!!

4. Selection of diluents:

B. washing water: S - 718;

C. defoaming agent: PP special defoamer;

D. the diluent of 10 - 20% can be used as an additive according to the need.

5. Note:

Before using A., the ink is evenly stirred and closed at any time; this product is kept away from the fire source and should be stored in the light environment.

B. for untreated or difficult to attach to PP or BOPP material, it is necessary to wipe the surface of the substrate with a PP agent first, and to print PPY ink.

C. construction parts remove surface oil and dirt before construction.

When D. needs polychromatic printing, the color table in front should be used after the color table is dry. If the ink will be some hair and corrosion, it is suggested to be packed in glue tank.

When the E. ink is used in conjunction with the curing agent, the ink added with the curing agent should be used up in 4 hours, and the net plate is cleaned immediately when the plate is not used.

F. can only be used in this series. It is not allowed to mix ink with other ink and color. It should be adjusted and used in time when the ink is adjusted. It can not be stored.
